What do customers think of the Ambassador Chat program?
Customers love the ability to chat casually with other customers (Ambassadors!) to get their issues solved. Customers can be connected instantly- no wait time- and get to chat at their own pace. Even in the cases Ambassadors can’t help directly, they can be really reassuring in helping customers figure out what step they should take next (for example, if they need to call official Xbox Support).
